We are happy to carry the delivery for you and guarantee the quality of our services!
1. Delivery in Ukraine
We carry out deliveries across Ukraine within 2 hours of your order payment. Faster is possible! Contact our managers for more details. As an exception may be difficult compositions or baskets creating of which may require a little more time (Nearest delivery time is indicated on each product page). Delivery can be made to the home address, work address, to the hotel, to the restaurant. Also we can make the delivery without an address - by the preliminary phone call to the recipient.
2. Delivery to regional centers
- When your order cost is less than 500 UAH delivery is charged separately and is 129 UAH.
- Send flowers to the small cities of the area is charged separately and is not included in the cost of the bouquet.

Since the flowers and fruit basket – a perishable product, the company reserves the right to change the composition and appearance of the goods to 20-25% preserving the general appearance and cost of components.
3. Time and cost of delivery
Delivery of orders is carried out at a convenient time for you. The time can be selected in the shopping cart when ordering. Delivery possible:
Attention! With high traffic congestion (8 balls and above according to Google Maps) the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Hope for your understanding!
4. Terms of delivery
- Same-day delivery
Deliveries to Ukraine for today are taken until 5 p.m. this day.
For the fast delivery of the order on the day of its location, we recommend you to pay as soon as possible (We prefer you making your orders before afternoon). If the payment came too late (the evening of your recipient’s time) we will have to move the delivery of your order to the next day.
- Early morning delivery (07:00 – 9:00)
Taken until 17:00 the previous day
If you paid for your order after 5 p.m. and the delivery needs to be done the next day early in the morning such deliveries can be postponed to a later time in consultation with the customer.
5. Coordinating the delivery time with the recipient
Delivery is carried out by prior call with your recipient!
We understand the importance of keeping a surprise in front of your recipient, so we never tell exactly what will be delivered. As a rule, we are talking about the delivery of a parcel or registered letter.
6. Delivery to Poland
We can deliver to cities Krakow, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz and Katowice, we can also verify a possibility of delivery to other cities in Poland. The order must be placed in advance, but no later than one day before a desired delivery date. After placing an order, we will contact you and clarify details of delivery to a region you need. When placing an order to Poland, please remember about the difference in time zones.
When making delivery, consider some features and traditions of this country. Delivery on Sunday, public and religious holidays is not available. Saturday is a non-working day or part-time day. Please note that Poland has a preliminary agreement on delivery with the recipient. To avoid delay in order's delivery and other issues which may happen during the delivery process, please always indicate the contact phone number of the recipient. It is advisable to indicate the Polish phone number. Unfortunately, early and late delivery outside the salon hours is not possible. Delivery within Poland is carried out within a day.
7. Surprise delivery
Delivery of the order «Surprise» (surcharge is – 99 UAH) – the courier will make the delivery without prior agreement on a convenient address and time with the recipient (only according to the specified datas by the client).
The company is not responsible if the recipient is not at the specified address and at the specified time.
Please note that in case of absence of the recipient at the specified address and at a specified time, after a 15 minute wait, the courier is authorized to transfer the order to reliable person (relative, neighbor, receptionist, porter et al., If the courier deems it possible!) If we couldn’t contact you for further information about the delivery and it wouldn’t be possible to pass the bouquet by someone else at the address – a bouquet will be returned by courier to the office to clarify the situation. Re-delivery of the order needs extra payment. If the customer refuses to re-delivery, price of the order will not be returned, as the company incurred expenses.
8. Delivery on holidays and pre-holiday days
To ensure timely delivery of your order on holidays 14th of February or 8th of March it would be better to place your order in advance.

Delivery was carried out according to the preliminary phone call to your recipient!
We understand the importance of maintaining a surprise so we never announce what exactly will be delivered. As a rule, we are talking about the delivery of parcel or registered letter. Be sure that your recipient will receive the gift with maximum of positive emotions! We try to consider all your wishes concerning the time of delivery, but unfortunately due to the holiday workload we can not always guarantee 100% compliance.
Please note that in case of absence of your recipient at the address on a specified time, after a 15 minute wait, delivery is authorized to pass the order to reliable person there (family member, a neighbor, receptionist, porter, etc., if it would be convenient!) If we won't be able to contact you for more information about the delivery (You will not respond to calls or emails from us) and we will not be able to pass your recipient's bouquet to someone else - bouquet will be returned by courier to the office and we will wait for further information from you. Re-delivery of the order needs additional payment.
9. Order payment
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that orders are accepted for execution only after 100% prepayment. We certainly trust our customers, therefore, a sufficient reason for execution of the order may be the copy of the receipt. You can send us the copy of the receipt to the e-mail or Viber. Please, keep the original receipt while this money arrived on our account.
Attention! In doubtful cases, the company's own security service has the right to suspend the execution of the order to establish the authenticity of the documents submitted to the payment data.
The Company is not liable to the customer (payer), if the payment service through which the customer pays for the order, violates the terms of the agreement or sets additional fees.
