Допомога була на вищому рівні, менеджери відреагували швидко на мій запит щодо не правильного кольору квітів. Єдине, що коли я замовляла букети на сайті, не було заявлено те, що поставки тих квітів, які були у заявленених букетах не було, а саме належного мені кольору. Зі мною хотіли звʼязатися, але так як я не перебуваю в Україні, я не знала, що у вас є номер телефону США, тому не відповіла на телефонний дзвінок. Менеджери відреагували швидку на мою скаргу щодо не того кольору квітів і зробили бонус на наступне замовлення.
