Flowers for the Mothers of Heroes: How Mother’s Day Went

This Mother’s Day, FLOWERS.UA together with you did more than just give flowers. We shared support, warmth, and a piece of gratitude with those whose hearts ache every day — the Mothers of Heroes who lost their dearest.

We delivered hundreds of heartfelt wishes from caring people who joined the initiative and left words of support for mothers. Thanks to their participation, we were able to reach cities across Ukraine such as Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Kropyvnytskyi, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, Bucha, Brovary, Boryspil, Irpin, and Boyarka. In each of these cities, we did our best to share warmth and compassion with as many mothers as possible.

In addition to individual flower deliveries, we also joined an event organized by The public organisation “Indomitable Mothers of Ukraine”. Together, we were able to provide care and support to mothers who lost their loved ones in the war.

We’re sharing only a small part of the photos — most of the mothers remained off-camera. But every story was heard.

FLOWERS.UA has been running the “Flowers for the Mothers of Heroes” initiative for the third year in a row and plans to continue making it an annual tradition. As long as we remember the Heroes and their mothers — their legacy lives on.

We sincerely thank everyone who joined this initiative. You became part of something meaningful.
